As a key player in the Disaster Recovery Project at BT Group, I was responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive disaster recovery plan. This project was crucial in ensuring business continuity, especially in times of unforeseen disruptions. My role involved creating executable procedures, ensuring these were communicated across teams, and overseeing the successful recovery of critical business systems.
In a strategic initiative for BT Group, I led a user-centric overhaul of the ICG Voice Services Product. This project was crucial for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, involving a comprehensive reevaluation and upgrading of the existing service framework. My role encompassed everything from conceptualization to the implementation of the new product design, focusing on improving usability and customer experience.
